Press, push-press and push-jerk. Deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean. Competency (and continued practice) in these movements is the "ticket" for more advanced drills and protocols. These moves must be supervised and checked by two CFQ coaches.

-Due to logistical and manpower constraints, participation at CFQ is limited to the follwing groups: Active Duty or Retired Military personnel, DoD Civilians and contractors, CrossFit Headquarters Staff and individuals granted permission by Andrew Thompson on a case-by-case basis. We regret any inconvenience this causes. There are numerous other CrossFit affiliates in Norther Virginia available for training (Fredericksburg, Lorton, Fairfax, Alexandria).

-CFQ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unwilling to cooperate, listen or accept practical coaching and advice.

-CFQ will facilitate training to committed athletes only.
